If products are to be rejected or your order is to be cancelled pursuant to the Acceptance and Cancellation paragraphs of our Terms & Conditions, you will comply with the returns procedure as set out in this Returns section. In such circumstances we will accept any returned products provided they are in a re-saleable condition. Please make sure you contact us before returning/rejecting any item. Any item returned without our knowledge may not be refunded and may be subject to a Return Delivery Charge.
For goods dispatched but not yet delivered, or for goods to be rejected at the time of delivery, you will contact us by telephone or email at the address or number (as the case may be), set out in the Contact Us section of this site, with details of your original order number. Refunds for goods returned in these circumstances will be subject to the cost of the Return Delivery Charge, that being £10.00 per package, plus applicable surcharges for returns originating from non-mainland UK areas.
Goods already delivered may be returned to us us via your local Post Office or your own courier. Please note that the items remain your property until we have received them. You are therefore responsible for your goods while they are in transit to us. For your own protection we recommend using a secure recorded delivery method. You are responsible for all return delivery charges. Upon receipt of non-perishable goods in a resalable condition, a full refund of the purchase price and an amount equal to our lowest delivery charge will be credited to your credit/debit card.
Faulty/damaged non-perishable products which are to be returned must be returned before the refund can be issued. When the return arrives back at our office it will be assessed, should it be concluded that the products are faulty/unfit for consumption, the return delivery charge and purchase cost will be refunded.
