Ordering

Can you tell me when a product will be back in stock?

We deal with many different suppliers and receive deliveries every day. We are not able to confirm in advance exactly when a product will be available, but the website is constantly updated as stock arrives.

Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, we can only accept orders placed through the website.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to other destinations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive an automated email or text from the courier when your goods are dispatched. If you don’t see an email, please check your junk mail folder. Please make sure that you give the correct email address and mobile number when placing your order.

I have received a dispatched email from DHL but it doesn’t show my full address. Will they know where to deliver?

Yes. The email from DHL shows only a short version of the delivery address. Full details are in the system.

Returns and Refunds

My goods have just been delivered and there is a problem with the condition. What should I do?

Please contact us by email, in English or Thai (enquiries@raanthai.co.uk), as soon as you have examined your goods. All damaged items must be photographed and the images attached to the email. Please list the items damaged, and remember to confirm the parcel’s delivery name and address.

Wholesale

Can you supply a wholesale pricelist?

Sorry, due to ever-changing prices we do not produce pricelists.

I have a Filipino shop. Can you supply me with Philippine products at wholesale prices?

Unfortunately, we do not hold very large stocks of Philippine goods and therefore do not offer wholesale service for these products.

Do you supply to Thai Restaurants?

Yes. We offer a complete range of food service items commonly used by Thai catering establishments across the UK at the lowest possible prices. Simply email an order to enquiries@raanthai.co.uk for a

Do you supply to Thai shops?

Yes. Many of our products are available by the case with generous discounts available. Please email your requirements to
